LET TRANS ATHLETES PLAY
Created in 2021 by Esmée Silverman and Sawyer Keegan, Let Trans Athletes Play entered the ring with two purposes: to protest the anti-trans sports bills circulating the country, and to create community through sports, games, protest, and action. Held at Danehy Park in Cambridge Massachusetts and sponsored by the Mayor of Cambridge’s Office, the first annual LTAP drew 100 attendees from throughout New England, and was covered by The Boston Globe.
